Your Journey 2 Health implementation experience starts with a presentation to your entire company. In this 50 minute presentation, our EHOP Health team outlines the secret to success around Eat Well, Move Well, and Live Well.

2. ASSESS

ON-SITE • 20 MINUTES/EMPLOYEE

After the presentation, EHOP Health Coaches spend 20 minutes with each employee for an initial 1:1 interview and health assessment.

3. IDENTIFY

PRESENTATION • 30 MINUTES

The EHOP Health team will recommend a list of participants to the Journey 2 Health program based on claims data as well as the assessment completed in the previous step.

4. TRANSFORM

ON SITE & REMOTE • 12 MONTHS

Once the identified participants have accepted their invitation to join the Journey 2 Health, they begin their journey to living and feeling their best.
